Orders will be processed within 9 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. ( this means I have up to 9 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! ) After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation.
If order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING BTM is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
